Código de Conduta

QtCon Brasil is committed to an anti-harassment policy that aims to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment for all people who participate in the event, regardless of their geographic location, political position, socioeconomic status, nationality, race and/or ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religious belief (or lack thereof), or for being a person with a disability (PwD). We - from the organization of QtCon Brasil - do not tolerate any form of harassment or disrespect to the people participating in the event.

Discriminating sexual images and language are not appropriate at QtCon Brasil. Participants who violate this code of conduct will be invited to withdraw from the event, without the right to a refund of the registration fee. The practice of harassment includes offensive comments - related to any of the conditions mentioned above - images of a sexual nature shown in public places and/or in QtCon Brasil's activities, intimidation, harassment, harassment with cameras and video cameras, repeated interruption speeches and/or other events, and physical contact without consent. Participants whose behavior violates QtCon Brasil's rules of conduct will be warned and must immediately cease offensive behavior, at the risk of being invited to leave the event without the possibility of returning. The organization of QtCon Brasil will take the necessary measures to prevent harassment practices from happening and/or being repeated in the activities of the event.

If you felt threatened or disrespected, contact the organization and state your concerns and what happened. The organization will take the necessary measures to prevent harassment from being repeated. We integrate and highly value the community that makes up QtCon Brasil and wish everyone an excellent event, regardless of the differences that we all have, which should not, in any way, divide us.

We hope that all participants follow the general guidelines of this document and do not allow sexist and discriminatory practices to happen at QtCon Brasil.
